Reflecting

Sol201111
It has been a quiet little space between Christmas and New Year. Was planning all kinds of projects, but with a sick four year old time has really slowed down.

Sol20115
Although last year has been a year of beginnings, it has also been a year of ends. Big ends. And 2012 will be a fresh and different year for me and the boys. A lot of beginnings.

Sol201119

I hope I can look back this day in 2012, and reflect on the year gone, happy where I am in life.

Sol20116
Because one thing is sure. Everything changes for the better, if I consider my heart in the choices I make.

Sol201112
My year is going to be filled with photography, my boys, a new home, swimming, yoga, walks, friendships old and new, great food, good coffee, inspiration, dreams, love, energy and all the other positive things I can't think of right now.

Sol201122
Wishing everyone a beautiful fresh new start at life. Blank pages as we say in Norwegian. Sending my love to you and your close ones.

Yesterday actually. Loved London. Boy behaved. Mum behaved. And according to Mum I behaved too.

Am processing. Both the journey, and the 850 pictures I took.

I'm not lost! I am traveling.

Just Travelling

Seen at my favourite café.

Have already read the book, so I let it travel to someone else.

The words hit me with their profoundness though. Sometimes I "travel" at home not to feel so lost. You'll be suprised what seeing life trhough another pair of glasses might do.

I practice it here.

Every day.

Instant Karma

I love Foodstorys slogan. Instant Karma. And with approximately five hours of sleep a night a good coffee feels like karma indeed.

It's called Bookcrossing, and although I havn't seen it in an organized form I've been practicing it for ages.

Anyone want a book?

Great Interiors

Food Story Løkkeveien

I know I have seen these lamps in an interior magazine, and I should link them, but I just can't remember where I saw them last. I love them though, and they look really cool in the new industrial interiors at Food Story. And I want to make one of those photo walls.

Sky High

Under

You probably guessed that I made a mobile. I had so much fun, and I already had all the stuff ready. When it comes to hobby-stuff I'm a bit of a hoarder, because you never know when that creative urge comes.

Baby Bird

The mobile with the clips I actually got when Big Brother was a baby, and never did anything with it. Yay for hoarding!

Rainbow

... and Little Brother loved it.

Fun

More pics on flickr for easy copying inspiration.

Crafty Project

Balls

I'm channelling some of that creative energy inbetween breastfeeding and dinner making into something solid. And I have decided on something simple for satisfying quick results.

I'm almost done, but you have to wait till tomorrow to see the final result. Can you guess what it is?

Childs Play

Geoparken is an urban park made from old oil installations. Little Man loves it.

Sometimes I get very jealous of his ability to find joy in everything. But it does rub off on me, and it really inspires me to look at life from the bright side.

Soon, MissBuckle. You will be able to jump on that trampoline. Soon.

Almost There

We're moving back home this weekend, and I'm so excited. Can't wait to potter about, redecorate and nest nest nest.

The house is looking great, and I'm planning a tour as soon as I get sorted.

Only six weeks to go before this big belly of mine pops too. Maybe I should start thinking about that as well, not only tiles and bills.

Happy Friday!

New Nuart

Although I'm not on many photo walks at the mo, I managed to drive by some of the new pieces for Nuart 2010.The link will take you to the official blog with more pics and names of the artists.

There are a few more spectacular pieces, but I didn't get that far before having to solve a remodelling crisis in the house. So combo, builder, plumber and retailer was tackled. We're getting there. Slowly.

Morning Sunshine

These low-sun mornings always grab me by suprise. Did one of these leaf-shots last year, but had to do another. You can decide which one is better.

Yellow

... to brighten up, what is here, a grey and damp day. Especially the laundry makes me happy happy.

New Park, New Art

The result of my inspiration overload on Saturday. These pics are from Tou Scene, an old brewery turned into art space/gallery/club/studio etc etc. It is also the base of the music festival Numusic and Nuart, a street art exhibition that I have posted pics from earlier.
