But more importantly I've been stuffing myself with these ...

... and they are home grown and picked thanks to my Dad in laws huge garden. Yum!

Ugly Pretty

Went for a little photo-walk in my old neighborhood 'Nytorget' this morning. I love the mix of pretty and ugly and different cutures. 'Torg' means market, and every Saturday the dreary carpark is changed into a fleamarket.

Some of the carpark is already turned into a real park. It's an art-project connected to the art museum next door.

Asking: What happens after? It's referring to culture in Stavanger after the city was European Culture Capital in 2008.

Rogaland kunstsenter is located in the middle of Nytorget.

Will it get to grow into a tree?

Midsummer

We celebrated St. Hans (Midsummers Eve) at Mum and Dads kolonihage. It can be best described as an alotment. They grow strawberries, cabbage, beetroot and other yummy things. I reckon the pics say it all. Gorgeous weather. Great company.
